TOT TIME CURRICULUM (EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM)
Tot Time Child Development Centers, Inc. strives to provide a curriculum that emphasizes the development of the whole child ö mind, body and spirit. Our curriculum is designed to help young children develop emotionally, physically, cognitively and socially. A weekly thematic approach to curriculum is utilized. Weekly lesson plans are prepared in each classroom. A variety of instructional materials, methods and developmentally appropriate activities are used to teach and present the material. It is our belief that young children learn best through play and hands on experiences.
INFANT CURRICULUM (6 WEEKS TO 1 YEAR)
We believe that infants need to be held and cuddled often throughout the day. Our caregivers use calm, pleasant, soothing voices as they talk to the infants during routine activities. We follow the individual feeding and sleeping schedules provided by each infant's parents. Language is a vital component of the infant curriculum. The daily curriculum provides numerous opportunities for the caregivers to talk, sing and read to the infants. Our caregivers encourage developmental activities such as crawling, rolling, standing and walking. The goal of our infant curriculum is to provide a safe, loving, secure and nurturing environment that helps foster development.
