What can we do for my child's birthday?
Tot-Time allows parents to bring cupcakes or other special treats to school to celebrate a child's birthday. If a parent wishes to hand out invitations for a private party they must do so discreetly as the feelings of uninvited children may be hurt. Please give the invitations to the classroom teacher privately and ask her to put them in the children's bag.
Do I have to pay for vacation weeks, or days when child is not in school?
Parents are responsible to pay for 52 weeks per year whether the child attends or not. The reason for this policy is that we incur the same costs whether your child is in attendance or absent.

Are there Special Activities for Children?
Tot-Time provides field trips and on-site learning experiences for all children. These extra activities are included in your tuition.
Do you take field trips? How often/Where?
Children age four and older (age three at our New Jersey and Allentown locations)
have the opportunity to go on scheduled field trips to further their educational
experience. These field trips are covered in your child's tuition. Chaperones/parents
are welcome and encouraged to attend, however, they must pay their own admission
fee. A signed permission slip is required for children to attend.

of our Pennsylvania centers have also been awarded a Keystone Star rating
for exceeding the Department of Public Welfare health and safety requirements.
