Built in 1830, the Holland School was an private elementary school since the turn of the century.  Extensive renovations were made in 1994.  The school sits on almost two acres and has a large fenced outdoor play area including a separate area for toddlers.  The Holland School is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a private academic kindergarten.
