Tot-Time Child Development Centers, Inc. is the network provider for the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 1776 child care benefit.

As a member of Local 1776 you may be eligible to participate in the child care benefit through the Health and Welfare Fund. To check your eligibility please call the Health and Welfare Fund Office at 1-800-458-8618.

All network centers are owned and operated by Tot-Time Child Development Centers, Inc. All centers are licensed by the Department of Public Welfare or their respective state licensing agency. Many are also licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a private academic nursery school and kindergarten.

Network centers are open from 6:30 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tot-Time accepts all children from 6 weeks of age through kindergarten. Members pay only $6.00 per day, per child for a full day of care and $3.00 per day, per child for a half-day of care (up to 5 hours).

All centers provide summer camp programs for children ages 6 through 12. Some centers offer before and after school care. Please click locations on our home page for a list of our locations. You may also call 1-800-294-9697 for a center near you or for more information.
