Our Staff
Tot-Time Child Development Centers foster your child's natural creativity and enthusiasm for learning.
In today's competitive society, you may wonder whether it's okay to just let your "kids be kids." Rest assured that it's not only okay, it's beneficial. We understand the relationship between learning and play in your child's cognitive development. Our teachers strive to make learning fun for your child by using a variety of hands-on activities to illustrate their lessons. We also believe that children gain valuable knowledge simply by playing with others. That's why our teachers incorporate both structured and unstructured time into your child's day.
Our high staff retention rate means that your child is less likely to be exposed to the emotional stress that comes with the changing of classroom leadership. This ensures a safe and comfortable setting in which your child can grow.
All centers are in full compliance with state licensing standards for childcare centers. This means that in every classroom there is at least one qualified teacher trained in early childhood education or a related field such as child development. Additionally, all centers comply with the state regulations that require proper teacher to child ratio. Please feel free to ask about the educational background and experience of the staff at your local center.
Your child's safety is paramount to us. That's why all staff members at our Tot-Time locations are trained in CPR, first aid, fire safety and emergency preparedness annually. Tot-Time also obtains both criminal and child abuse clearances on all employees.
